You will receive a 7x7cm flat portion of Star Moss.
Star Moss is a rare and unique moss characterised by its star-shaped tips. It propagates by forming new strands from the base similar to Fissidens species. Star Moss does not require high lighting or CO2 to grow however these will accelerate its growth.
Star Moss has a slow, and low maintenance, growth rate. Although it is not a true aquatic plant, it can survive beautifully for about three months when submerged in a tank and is a great addition to a breeding or shrimp tank.

Star Moss has a distinctive star-like shape with upright and feathery fronds.
It is commonly used to create moss walls or as a foreground plant in aquariums.
The moss can tolerate a wide range of water conditions, making it suitable for beginners.
Provide moderate to high lighting for healthy growth and compact form.
Avoid shading the moss, as it can cause it to lose its vibrant green coloration.
Keep the water clean and provide regular water changes to prevent the accumulation of debris and algae growth.
We ship from Mondays to Wednesdays (all orders from Monday to noon of Wednesday will be ship out in the same week and any orders made after noon of Wednesday will be processed next Monday).
For any livestock you have in your order, we will ship them via Australia Post express service. This will usually take 24 - 48 hours to reach you after leaving our workshop.
Any other dry goods, bonsai, plants, and accessories will be sent via standard post. Usually, you will receive the items within 3-7 business day after order is fulfilled.
