We ship from Sundays to Wednesdays, with all livestock and plants been shipped via Australia post express postage which takes 1-2 days to arrive. Delivery was great, when the snails arrived every single one was alive and healthy, and have been going great till this day, they have been keeping the tank nice and clean with no problems and are very easy to take care of, the postage did take awhile but once they arrived they still looked healthy and well!

4 nights of postage in a ziplock bag with all plants arriving brown. Most have died in the most recent order. I only figured out that its sent from the eastern states to very remote WA even though they have stores in WA. I don't think your even allowed to send them interstate to WA without quarantine and inspection.
