However we cannot ship livestock like fish, shrimps and snails to WA or TAS. Our aquatic plants are harvested the same day we ship so it means you get the plants as fresh as possible. We ship from Sundays to Wednesdays, with all livestock and plants been shipped via Australia post express postage which takes 1-2 days to arrive. We are happy with our mystery snail, we called it snorky the story behind it is my partner receive the parcel whic comes fr NSW to Melb, we thought it was dead cause takes time for snorky to move until my partner gave the algae wafer and there is a long bit coming out of the shell which she thought it was a d*ck but we actually did a research and it was a snorkel so we had a good laugh..Happy with the purchase tho we had a bit of problem with the shipping but all products we bought are healthy and happy❤️
Fast delivery.. the couple of live ones survived delivery and seem to be doing ok. Seeds are in water only had 1 that floated the rest are doing fine .. all in all very happy cheers
