Unfortunately, the items that arrived did nothing in the tank.
As well as the floaters, I asked for a couple of ground covers and some shrimp.
The shrimp congealed into a mass that hangs on the back glass and the ground covers have disappeared.
The amount of each of the plants supplied was instrumental in the failure as only a sliver of each was supplied.
The plant were ok but the Plant was covered in duckweed and aquatic bugs i did manage to remove the majority of them but it wasn’t fun

I ordered guppy grass, I didn't receive anything that looks like guppy grass, I let aqaufy know, they apologised and said they will give me a refund, but didn't actually give me a refund
Don't let the picture fool you, I received nothing like the photo. Just a few cuttings, no roots
A lush healthy looking plant. Couldn’t be more pleased, it has taken off and is growing so well.
All arrived perfectly . My only complaint or suggestion would be to label the plants . Im a newbie and it was a huge problem to know if they were below water or above water plants

Reached out via live chat to ask why - Waited over an hour and did not receive a response.
Sent an email to follow up with the shipping issue, only to be told that it applies only to plants (my whole order was plants).
I had to provide screenshots of my order confirming my intended purchases before the situation was fixed.
Delivery was quick, but I had no idea when it was sent, so the box arrived by suprise.
Plants arrived in sandwich bags, unlabelled, without a packing slip. So I had to go through my email to find which plant was which, and then where best to plant in my tank (foreground, lower light, etc)
I'd like to chalk the issues up to being a newer business, but I won't be ordering from here for at least another 6 months. Hopefully everything is sorted by then.
Have planted this in my outdoor pond for my 2 old Goldies. Hope it grows well so far so good.

Wasn't really sure if any were floaters or not . Labels would help if you're a beginner like me. The plants arrived alive and well and very quick
Two of the three fell apart after the first day so they’re not really moss “balls” Per Se, more clumps. Still healthy though, just not what I was expecting.
