We now have real genuine Cholla Wood!
Cholla wood is the skeleton of the cholla plant, its hollow core provides plenty of places for shrimp to hide and is ideal for attaching plants. Cholla driftwood is a great biofilm home and provides a good food source for dwarf cherry shrimp. Cholla is a soft wood and eventually will break down over a long period of time. It will float initially when added into an aquarium fish tank but will eventually sink. To sink immediately boil for 2-3 minutes, cool before adding into your aquarium. Cholla driftwood does release some tannins into the water. Size may vary between 14-18cm Diameter 3-4cm approx. |
Shipping Note
We ship from Mondays to Wednesdays (all orders from Monday to noon of Wednesday will be ship out in the same week and any orders made after noon of Wednesday will be processed next Monday).
For any livestock you have in your order, we will ship them via Australia Post express service. This will usually take 24 - 48 hours to reach you after leaving our workshop.
Any other dry goods, bonsai, plants, and accessories will be sent via standard post. Usually, you will receive the items within 3-7 business day after order is fulfilled.
