Description

Glossostigma Elatinoides is an aquascaping plant which is native to Australia and New Zealand and is one of the smallest aquarium plants, growing to only 2-3 cm tall. Therefore, it is an awesome foreground plant, forming a short, dense carpet. It will grows upwards if light is poor. When planting in the aquarium, small clumps of glossostigma should be placed at close intervals a few centimetres apart to help the plants form a carpet quicker. Glossostigma will thrive and form lush green mats when planted in a nutrient-rich substrate and provided with sufficient lighting.
